RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7-Day Easy Returns
At Carnival Hous, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us:
Once your request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- Return pickup or shipping details will be shared
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged / Wrong Product
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
👉 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)
- Perishable goods
- Sale items / discounted products
- Gift cards
Exchange Policy (Preferred Option)
We strongly recommend exchange instead of refund for faster resolution.
- Once your return is approved, you can choose an exchange for another size/product
- This ensures quicker processing and better availability
Refund Policy (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds are only processed in cases where:
- Replacement is not available
- Product is out of stock
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 7–10 business days to reflect
Important Notes
- Return approval is subject to quality inspection
- Products must be packed properly to avoid damage during return
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable
