RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

7-Day Easy Returns

At Carnival Hous, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us:

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Return pickup or shipping details will be shared

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged / Wrong Product

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

👉 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items / discounted products
  • Gift cards

Exchange Policy (Preferred Option)

We strongly recommend exchange instead of refund for faster resolution.

  • Once your return is approved, you can choose an exchange for another size/product
  • This ensures quicker processing and better availability

Refund Policy (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds are only processed in cases where:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Product is out of stock

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 7–10 business days to reflect

Important Notes

  • Return approval is subject to quality inspection
  • Products must be packed properly to avoid damage during return
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable
